Tropocells Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Platelet-Rich Plasma is defined as an autologous concentrated preparation of platelets and their associated growth factors in a small volume of plasma, and is considered an innovative and promising approach in tissue regeneration1. Tropocells® PRP is used to promote physiological wound healing and rapid tissue regeneration by delivering growth factors at high concentrations to the treated site2. The therapy may help in connective tissue healing, reducing scar tissue, bone regeneration (spinal fusion, bone fracture healing, cartilage and ligament regeneration and repair, and development of new blood vessels. Visible results may take between 2-6 weeks and will vary between individuals. This variance depends on factors such as general health, age, diet, smoking and skin type3
